Have You Met Miss Jones?

Some people are lucky enough to have four loving grandparents. I had five.

My Mommie Jo was a part of my family since my oldest sister was an infant. She became a third grandmother, and watched over us and loved our family like her own. My sisters were lucky enough to have her as a part of their children’s lives. And while she will never get to physically meet any kids I may have, I know she will always be with me in spirit.

The loss is devastating and I am sad. But I am also smiling and laughing, because that is all I did when she was around.
